Greetings, My Lovelies, on this cool, rainy, & blustery day. I’m not saying that wind is blowing like a B*tch, but if it were snowing outside, we’d be firing up the snowblower in blizzard-like conditions. So what do you do on a day like SATURDAY MAY 23rd? … You seek out comfort food on NATIONAL ITALIAN BEEF DAY, so let’s get rolling, preferably on a roll filled with beef and all the accessories!

So my Chicago is gonna come out again. I bought enough beef sandwiches during Italian beef month to get a nice points bonus from my local place. So I got a free one today. Probably will get another one end of this week.
But to get to the point. I don’t indulge in sweet treats much anymore. But I will still have enough points to get the famous “rainbow cone.” I am so looking forward to it!
