I’ll work to find a solution to the polls! I’m sure it’s something we can do on this new site, I’m still figuring everything out and may not have enabled the poll option yet.

@UglyBetty I wasn’t sure where to ask this, but I guess this topic is close enough. Are we allowed to post about former hosts in the channel topic where they used to work? Would it be appropriate to post about LISA ROBERTSON 
in QVC Live Discussion?

Just made a thread for former hosts! Feel free to discuss HSN hosts on there too. I still have to figure out the categories and everything, may just combine QVC and HSN since the HSN thread/section are so inactive.

I’m not sure this is the right topic to ask this question, bu what do the different colored squares mean next to some of the topics - blue, purple, gray?

I am pretty sure the purple are shopping show topics - The blue is non-shopping show topics - and the grey …I have no clue

It just refers to what category the topic is under. Purple is for shopping channel shows, blue is for general, grey is for site feedback, etc.

Sorry I am not able to figure out this site.
I’m not a computer person, but I wonder if it’s a browser or cookie situation?
When I’m on my laptop, this site works great and my computer remembers the most recent post I’ve seen and takes me to the unseen posts. Then again, it only does that on the threads I’ve posted on. On my phone, however, that is not the case. It logs me off every time and I have to go to great lengths to get to the most recent post on a thread. So maybe it depends on if you’re using your computer or phone and/or which browser you are using? No idea.
I’m sorry I can’t help, otherwise. I will say that despite the glitches, at least we can post and speak freely without Princess Pissface banning us and giving us a lecture.

I am very thankful to @UglyBetty for her time and financial support in making a new home for us. I know I could not have done this. The site is not the same format as our old one, but it is very usable with some extra learning on the user’s part. I’m just so glad we have a place to post. Thanks again, @UglyBetty.

I am sorry for the issues you are having, @MelissaMead, but I also have to say that in my experience over the past months, the site works fine. I use it frequently on my iPad and computer with no issues. I HATED the former site because the ads would often cause endless buffering and spontaneous reloads that sucked all the joy out of it, never mind the petty policing.
I join the chorus giving thanks to @UglyBetty! I have set up forums over the years and know it can be a lot of work to set things up so they work smoothly for the majority of users. Unfortunately, there are always people who will have issues—it may be something in the way the site is set up but often is due to users’ own browsers, ISPs, or site settings. Frustration is understandable, but complaining that a site that clearly works for dozens of happy and active members is not user-friendly—especially when access is free to us—is not cool.
