@lilygilder I agree. I think Martha was a little smitten with him.

Tying a top so tightly you have to make the knot behind you to show all the different ways only accentuates a muffin top for many in the Susan Graver apparel age group (me included).

I see Beth has busted out her self tanner for the season.

I have no idea, but Gary G is a ā€œtrend spotterā€, so maybe?

I like Beth, but yeah that self Tanner does her no favors at all. She’s been wearing it pretty heavy now for the last week or two.

her face was a different color from her body

Yes, and I’ve seen many a host/model/rep who do a terrible job of blendingcovering the feet and legs. Might be why my foray into the world of self-tanners was brief and long ago lol. I pretty much stunk at it too. I was born with milk-white legs, and milk-white legs it shall be. I don’t bare them, so no harm/no foul.
I think fake tans enter the room before the folks wearing them anyway, much like Basso’s choppers, so I don’t really see it as something I’m spending my egg money on.

In Janeys defense, that color green lo9ks good on her.

Sorry, I thought it was a horrible shade on her. Also, the dress itself was hideodious (one of my favorite words from Wicked, and also fun to say). I have truly been watching QVC less and less because of the hosts and the fact that they rarely show anything new. And the prices. And the ugly clothes. And the fact that every time I check, Blabs is on. I noticed her hand covering the OAP’s when she presented the TSV, which was pretty, but $$$$. She is just too too much now. BUT, she does always seem to have energy and enthusiasm, which is a positive attribute for a salesperson.

The prices on these jewelry items are ridiculous. I know they are showing more gold and gems than they usually do but really? With their poor track record of sending you the item you Actually ordered and the hassle with returns why would anyone spend thousands of dollars on items they can’t touch or try on?

For me, her energy and enthusiasm are so over the top that it’s a turn off. It’s nice to be upbeat and energetic, but that woman is just manic most of the time. I’d run from a salesperson who displayed that kind of behavior in a store.

That ham………(and I usually like what Martha offers)………looks like either compressed and pieced together ham or chipped, chopped ham. The hams that Corky’s and Rastelli’s offer look like legit full muscle ham. For me, Martha’s ham would be simply inedible…….just looking at it grosses me out. Besides food, her other offers are pretty great lol.

I get a Kathi Lee Gifford vibe from this model.
Just me?
Alrighty.

@Booney @RetiredAtLast She used to remind me of the Energy Bunny. For the last year she just seems totally fake. But I do admire the attempt to find something good LOL

Just saw this on the Q board.

This sort of ties in wth something I heard on HSN, while selling the last Lancome TS. The host mentioned this will not be on air again

Both IT and Lancome are under the L’Oreal brand, so perhaps L’Oreal wants out of Qurate?? just speculation

:grimacing: :grimacing: :grimacing: Why on earth would you spend $179.99 on an Irish sweater that neither fits nor flatters?

aanndddd you won’t get it for this year

Got email from Beekman with free shipping on $17 purchase plus a free 8oz wonder milk cream. Haven’t shopped there for awhile and was surprised by how lame website has become. Very pricy! Pushing sets of products ; hand cream, lip balm, wipes, and soaps of course. …I don’t need that stuff in bulk! I liked their shampoo but appears they’ve discontinued. Got a milk serum and lip gloss set for $35. But otherwise not planning future purchases. :-1:
