Yeah I just thought that those all the colors on everybody’s skin in that presentation looked so orangey and unnatural. That was my only problem with it.

I’m all there with the “tan fat looks better than pale fat” which is why I laid out incessantly in my younger years. One time I decided to try a self Tanner. When to a swimming party… Just like Peter pan’s shadow, the self Tanner “literally” peeled off me in the water and floated away. I absolutely died laughing!!!

I don’t know why Angel Smedley irritates the heck out off me, but she definitely does. Maybe it’s the hushed tones when mentioning Jeanne Bice (who would have HATED that) and the Dreams Jeannes, regaling us with their amazing (not) creation. Or listening to her describe shhhhhhhhhort v petite (which other brands do but still call it petite). The new hosts really suck up to her which she LOVES. The clothes are nice; I love the embroidery. But QF isn’t what it used to be on QVC (What is?) and she still acts like she and her high fashion sensibilities are all that. Plus, she still looks like Honey Boo Boo…

I’m giving them a generous $5 each for the fancy bread and the fancy mustard, leaving $120.00 remaining for 3 lbs of sliced corned beef. Again, I have to ask, who is spending their money on this obscenely priced food?

I think the veneration of J B is Q driven; notice how all the reps or brand inventors never ever deviate from the origin story, even if it’s 25 years old
so she is doing what she needs to keep that job,
IMO, she is a good brand rep. She knows all about it, vs. some hosts who can’t

Reminds me of Skunks, too busy or too tired (?) to be bothered to shower, wash and style her hair, and put on clothes that are clean and figure flattering.

Would it kill these hosts and reps to spend a little time with a thesaurus? I’m weary of hearing the adjectives drapey and flowy, and can grown up people please stop describing things as “yummy”? Bad enough when they use it to describe food, but usually they’re fawning over fabrics.

I just realized who Kim G reminds me of, when you catch her profile walking across the set. I think she doesn’t do heels so well, even with pageant background. Extra weight on heels becomes difficult and awkward, ask me how I know lol. Anyway, here’s who I see when she walks in heels -

Two yrs ago I was still working. So I bought the Westmore body makeup. However, I’ve never worn it. I guess I should throw it out, it’s already two yrs old lol. But it was definitely an impulse buy (DUH!)
