That is the new Pantone color of the year=Mocha.
Obviously there is no delay and this is truly live in real time because Amy Kestenberg just said “shit”. I run it in the background as I work (in my browser in another window so I’m only listening) and I did a double ear take! Terri was very professional (as usual) and nobody probably would have noticed but Amy caught herself and apologized via a “pardon my French”. FINALLY - something REAL on the Q!!!

There are clips on YouTube from on air callers spewing the F-Bomb. Often from those late night/early a.m. boozy, cigarette smoking insomniacs. Never understood why QVC never took steps to correct the issue.
FYI … This expensive diffuser so far has only garnered a 10% approval rating from customers who purchased. You also can only use their brand of pricey fragrance oils to refill. It doesn’t throw enough fragrance to scent a large area, so it’s recommended that you might want to buy a few to fully fragrance your home. The company also refuses to answer questions regarding whether or not this is safe to use around small pets, which tells me either it is not, or the company didn’t care enough to research. They advise you to talk to your vet.
No thanks, I’m good with my candle warmer that was a $19.99 investment, and my B&BW candles … No Flames, no lighters, no matches, and no expensive oils.

Did Susan Graver do something to her face AGAIN? I still can’t reconcile that voice with how she has looked the past few months. Also, in the photo above with the brown outfit - those colors aren’t even the same and they look HORRIBLE on the model. Way too tight. The top is too short to wear with those tight pants that look like leggings. The hat doesn’t distract us enough not to see the rest of it.

The commercials I have seen for it on TV have the ex-Kardashion wanna be, Scott Dissick, as a “star” saying how he used this. Really? That’s how low they have to go and do you want to have a no talent D-list celebrity endorse it? No, thanks.

Graver is 68 years old, will turn 69 at the end of this month. I think she’s one of those “tight with a buck” people who think they’re saving money by just doing a tweak here and there, but sorry/not sorry her facial look is strange, and it’s gonna cost more in the long run instead if just getting the overhaul done at once. And her clothes … She still can’t seem to leave the 60’s and 70’s behind, outdated styles from the land of Polyesterville. Nothing “new or fresh” as she claims. Just retire, already, it’s not like she’s strapped for cash!

I agree that Susan seems to be doing her work piecemeal, with a lot of attention to face fillers. Her neck is all over the place and I am now convinced that she does some technique to pull the neck skin back to smooth it. A few weeks ago on a Saturday she did not have the same smooth tight neck (left picture). The right picture is more recent with the smoothing maneuver in place. Not hating the aging process, but if one is going to have work done, it looks odd to do one area but not an adjacent area that then looks sooooo different. She no doubt can afford to get the neck done.

Years ago Kathy Levin was on and took a live call. It was an obscene caller who was very explicit. Kathy was stunned, and it took the Q a while to cut the call. I guess they haven’t improved their call screening in all these years. Of course, Kathy handled the situation beautifully.

Perhaps it’s just my opinion since I rarely tune in for longer than 5-10 minutes, but it seems as though the Q has suddenly pulled back on the “Let’s Insult Everyone Over 50 Campaign.” Not seeing any Special Ambassadors lately, and the hosts rarely speak of this foolishness. Did Susan Noles take her pot of Escarole Soup and exit the building?
