Bradley Bayou ! What happened to him ? I think I have a jacket of his too, although I don’t know where. I’m sure it won’t fit anymore. It’s probably a size small and I, alas, am not anymore.

We can all show photos of ourselves from 20 or 30 years ago and say wow, that’s great lol. I think her new ‘do’ looks great and much better than our resident pixie. I hope JRT wakes up today and sees Mary Beth and realizes short hair styles can be softer and prettier

I know that we have had some enlightening discussions about a perpetually cheerful poster on the QVC boards and wondered if anyone had seen her latest posting? It is called Struggling to Keep Up, or something like that and she disclosed that she is having a LOT of medical issues and is stepping way back. She didn’t say exactly what the problems are, but they sounded pretty serious and cognitive decline was mentioned. At least one person told her to step back from feeling like she had to respond to EVERY item in a post she starts. I think some here were questioning her age at one point, thinking that she was the child in her picture, but that is not the case.
I know I was pretty shocked when I read that many were saying that she is a troll and NOT nice, but, and maybe I really am that naive that I had trouble believing that, but I was just wondering if anyone read her post and still felt that way? Of course, almost all of the posts on that thread were praying for her and telling her how her positive attitude had helped them feel better over the years.
I would love to see the responses (and I won’t thank you for sharing) here if anyone is interested in reading over there. Thanks!

Could you be referring to somehing that “Sparkles?”
If so, she once eluded to the fact that she’s struggled with mental health issues, anxiety & depression. Kind of got the impression that she didn’t have a support system, and possibly seeks positive reinforcement at “the other place”, hence the need for her constant responses.
At any rate, if she is struggling, whether mentally and/or physically, I hope she recovers, and finds support and solace from her QVC Forum Friends.

I think most of us are struggling with some physical or mental issues or both. I mean I’m here because I don’t trust most mental health care sites (supposedly one of the better known ones is selling patients info to third parties) and I’m too opposed to seeing someone in person. Y’all are my secret therapists!
I have seen Sparkles’ posts and if she wants to be upbeat, more power to her. I hope she does well in her time out from the Q forum.

I also want to throw in that the ones who call her a troll might be the same azz whippers, one starting with a K, who like to reject people. Not being wanted is a tad hard to deal with. I was on a fun forum once, left, tried to come back and was told no. Alrighty then. I often think of them and wish them the best. Hello there if some are viewing this. I’m very grateful for this place. One has to land somewhere!

Their stock might get pushed to “penny stock”.
They better get back to selling items that are affordable.
