Chris Pryme will always be my favorite guest presenter. I love my Lock n Locks, and Chris’ sweet personality is the reason I made that first purchase. Years later, I now have several shelves of Lock n Locks and use them every single day all around the house.
She’s on Instagram and I find her social media presence much more enjoyable and genuine than any of the Q hosts.
I always liked the guy from Eclissi watches. His name was “ someone” Elizondo, I believe. Seemed approachable, down to earth, and of course knew his product. A good guy.
Chris Pryme for me too - one of my favorites. I also loved Nick Chavez (RIP). I like Valerie Parr Hill, head tilt, hushed voice and all. I like some of the kitchen presenters like Nate, the Le Creuset OAP.
I agree with Booney on Nate and Valerie. I also like Jeremy Parker. I don’t care for any of the multi brand reps,(Jennifer Kovich, Marie Louise Ludwig). They seem too phony when they’re repping so many brands. On HSN, I really like Ellen Bunner (bedding and linens.)
I miss Chris Pryme, too. At least they replaced the manic “YOU KNOW WHAT?” Patty Kremer, who apparently never learned basic presenting skills in her decades with the brand.
I second Jeremy Parker, he is a sweet guy who seems to have remained himself over the years, probably because he is a real chef and not a former spokesmodel or spouse of a company exec.
I also second Valerie Parr Hill and cop to loving some of her stuff because I am becoming my mother as I age, lol. I really love Val and Rick together. Val and Monifa are great as well.
I am not into beauty at all but love Laura Geller if I swing by and see her (she may have today’s TSV?). She just seems nice.
And even though I should find him unbearably irritating, I really like Bailyn (sp?) the IHKWIP guy. He seems so happy and grateful to be there, I find it infectious.
Finally (I watch way too much QVC), I like Anne Wiggins, the Muk Luks rep. And the clothes are comfy!
Chris Pryme was always one of my favorites. She seems like a nice, regular person.
I always try to watch Valerie’s shows. I know I’m either going to like her decor or have a good time chuckling at the latest resin figurine with battery pack. She’s a believer in sticking a light in anything.
Phillip Watson is also a fave. I like to garden and see Phillip’s posts on FaceBook all the time. He’s got a TSV coming up on Thursday.
I miss Nick Chavez. He could transform a woman’s hair into something glamorous. Some people thought it was too much, but I loved seeing him do beautiful hair.
I also miss Chef Tony Notaro. Not for his hokey cheap gadgets but I remember the fun on the forum with his “thank you”.
The new rep is still there but has been gone a LOT. Not sure what’s up with that. I can snark-watch almost anyone, but as soon as I hear “And you know what?” I have to gooooooo.
I feel like this could have been written by me! My mom used to watch Q (she still does, but she used to, too), and she wasn’t a fan of Chris’ voice (she didn’t like the accent). Doing some Christmas shopping at JCP many, many years ago, I found a small ‘starter set’ of LnLs, so I bought two… one for me and one for her (as a joke). Well, joke’s on her (me?) because I fell in love with them so much that I kept mom’s set and never said anything about it! I now have a shelf (or three) FULL of LnL, for every occasion… And I’m pretty sure I still have those 6 original pieces!
I miss The Blue Jean Chef, Meredith Lawrence. She had a pleasant personality, always had yummy recipes to share and clearly knew her way around a kitchen. Unlike Diva who thinks sprinkling Parmesan cheese or pepper on a dish makes him a gourmet chef.
Meredith has her own website as well as a Facebook page and youtube channel. Her website is here: https://bluejeanchef.com/ I subscribe to her newsletter which you can sign up for on her website. She has a wealth of recipes on her site, and sends out recipes in her newsletter several times a week.
