:pleading_face::pleading_face: And why is Susan still designing clothes as though it’s the Summer of Woodstock?

Well, Diane Gilman over on HSN has made a living off of it! :joy:

Gary explaining the benefit of the key-hoe neckline, while apparently being unaware of the quality control issues involved with same. His partner in crime was too busy cackling at one of her own jokes to notice the monitor apparently.

Oh for f$ck sake!!! I’m so sick of hearing the “I’m a stylist and I’ve styled big, A-list celebrities.” STFU!!!

That and if Susan Graver mentioned the effing “Pantone color of the year” one more time …

Next adventure? annoying phrase up there with journey
Seriously, why is Philosophy cleaning house like this

I don’t remember the last time I saw Mari Lyn on air. The new rep is awful. She was just on with Rick.

Rick is looking slim and toned but why does he need help selling a Christmas throw

seems like Philosophy hasn’t been on that much recently

I’ve always thought several of the BAs (the Dooney & Bourke woman that just had a baby; the blonde Philosophy woman with the wonderfully soothing voice that I think they let go and now this Mari Lynn) should have been hosts instead of the crass, loud-mouthed, crass trash they currently have. These BAs were polished, refined, classy, well dressed and groomed and well-spoken. They were probably too good to be on either side of the presentation table. I saw the new Philosophy lady so maybe they are pandering to the granny set. Well, then, I wish her and the other Philosophy woman the best of luck because they deserve it and maybe this is a blessing in disguise for them.

Philosophy sold to Cody in 2010, and in 2020 they changed the formula of the yellow face cleanser (can’t remember the name) to make it “cleaner”. So far, the reviews that I have read are saying that it is now very drying. I had a lot of the huge bottles from the Q so I have not had to order the new formula, but I will need to soon. I really liked the original formula, but I don’t think I will try the new formula. I really hate it when a company changes a long standing product just to make it “better”. It usually isn’t.

while not a fan of Philosophy MariLyn and Lisa were beautifully put together and represented a cosmetic and beauty company as it should be,
why were they replaced

Coty is looking for buyer or selling off some of its divisions. I glanced at an article in WWD Beauty that I get in the mail

I wouldn’t think that would play into getting rid of those 2 reps

I’ve had QVC on in the background as I’ve been preparing and baking for tomorrow. A few comments:

Rick is very good at selling jewelry. You can tell he has been trained well and learns about his products.

Everything Susan Graver submits will fit any body!!! Really!!! :joy::joy:. (I beg to differ. I think she designs for her body shape, and sometimes they work for me.).

if she is designing for her body type (that’s ok) she needs to take another look nothing of hers is looking that flattering on her lately
