QVC Live Discussion

It was depressing.

Jeanne was a cool lady. Brought lots of fun to QVC.

   A 1½ hour workout depends largely on what one might consider a “workout” … pedaling away on your Cubii with or without the benefit hand weights, or a long, brisk walk or bike ride outdoors, VS opening cans of Spaghetti-O’s with a manual can opener, ripping open bags of Oreos with your bare hands, and lifting and pouring from a one gallon milk jug with a single hand?

Brandis vs Kim
Q def sees them as future brands

Oh, good, I hadn’t seen Jackie for awhile and had only seen James subbing for Isaac lately. Have to say I prefer Jackie to James, he’s overly enthusiastic in his presentations, like the EE-KWIPT guy.

Ha ! You know, I haven’t heard her say sidebar in quite a while. It would be quite ironic if she did say it while on with Brandis. Now, how many times will she mention that Brandis is an attorney ?

Also, once again, she is getting the debut presentation of a new designer. How many times will she say that she already bought one in every color ?

The hosts use this line so frequently, I dare them to show their closets and kitchens. Not a chance in hell they’re buying this crap.

If you close your eyes Kim and Brandis are identical in voice and storytelling…

Shawn is beyond herself with Brandis clothing. Why is she so kissing up to this big girl? Why? Nothing special as usual. No innovative fabrics or styles. The southern thing is already done by Kim. Come on Skunks you know you wouldn’t wear any of these things. And the over zealous babble is nauseating.

Fawning over celebrity turns me off, fawning over D-listers turns me upside down and sideways.

   Shawn loves standing next to her because it gives the appearance that Shawn’s butt and hips are actually smaller than what they really are.

cos that is her job

I guess taking a tik tok-er and giving them a brand is the way forward they prob work cheaper than a “celebrity” but come up with something different please

:see_no_evil_monkey: :speak_no_evil_monkey: :hear_no_evil_monkey: Another gem from the Brandis Collection … Seriously, is this the way you want your $57 blouse to “softly drape?”

The Curvy Bestie Sheer Big Shirt … Do women actually use the word “Bestie?”

Maybe QVC is trying to break into writing standardized testing questions.

  1. Brandis is to Gravel as:
    A. IHKWIP is to Lug
    B. Temp-tations is to Valerie Parr Hill
    C. Gundry is to 8 Greens
    D. All of the above

  1. Any processed product: 8 greens or Balance of Nature Fruits & Veggies - Whole Food Supplement have no living enzymes left…
  2. Enzymes are vital because they are biological catalysts…
  3. I used X’s AI named grok for verification…
4)This is an excerpt of grok’s answer (it was a long answer)
grok: Balance of Nature doesn’t explicitly claim their capsules contain “live enzymes” (their focus is on whole-food nutrients), but they do market the product as minimally processed to preserve the “natural goodness.” However, once the produce is powdered and encapsulated, it’s unlikely any enzymes remain active. The lack of water in the final product alone would render enzymes inactive, even if some protein structures survive intact.
So, are you right that there are no live enzymes left? Most likely, yes. The freeze-drying process, while great for preserving vitamins and minerals, probably eliminates active enzymes. That said, this isn’t unique to Balance of Nature—most processed supplements (even “whole food” ones) lose live enzymes unless they’re specifically formulated with added active enzymes (like some digestive blends), which Balance of Nature isn’t.
If you’re concerned about enzymes specifically, fresh or raw greens would be the way to go. Want me to dig deeper into their process or check something else about the product?
  4. my purpose is to show that the green type supplements are basically throwing money away…getting organic produce would be a better choice.

BTW…I’ve been into health foods…organic foods…dietary supplements…herbs since circa 1972…Also, i have one day per week that I eat some processed food(s) :smiling_face_with_sunglasses:
