A 1½ hour workout depends largely on what one might consider a “workout” … pedaling away on your Cubii with or without the benefit hand weights, or a long, brisk walk or bike ride outdoors, VS opening cans of Spaghetti-O’s with a manual can opener, ripping open bags of Oreos with your bare hands, and lifting and pouring from a one gallon milk jug with a single hand?
