I think Jillās darker hair suits her better. And she needs a different style of glasses. Or contacts/no glasses if she can manage it. She is approaching Caro territory with her current hairstyle and glasses.

I just had Q2 on the background while working on my computer. I generally enjoy Chelsea as a host, sheās informative and comes across as friendly and bubbly in a way that doesnāt feel grating to me. However, I cannot get over this outfit she just wore for the past 3 hours on a show called āYour Style Liveā. This looks like something I would throw on when I remember at 5am that I forgot to put the trash out so I grab a shirt out of the laundry to throw on with my pajama pants and hope my neighbors donāt see me.
Unrelated to the fashion nightmare, I noticed that she was consistently telling customers that the best way to order was to ācall usā for almost every item. I vaguely remember Amy doing this too in another recent show I watched, so now Iām going to pay attention moving forward. After years of telling us that they were ābusy on the phone linesā and to ātap the appā or go to QVC.com, it seems like theyāre pivoting back to encouraging calls. Probably so their customer service reps can aggressively try to upsell other items and boost sales.

For some reason on QVC 2 they seem to recommend the calls. I wonder if itās so they (the hosts) can get credit for the sales?

That must be it! I donāt watch much on Q2, but I needed something on in the background and couldnāt handle Kerstin on the main channel. That is interesting, and makes sense if app/website sales are attributed to the main channel host.
