Kind of along the lines of immediately removing colors that are sold out, I really don’t like it when they remove the description of items that are sold out on the website. Sometimes I order things and want to go back to check out the warranty or download the instruction manual, but they just say that the item is not available. I would like it if they said it was sold out, but leave the information. It also removes all the reviews so I can’t read them to decide if I want to order it when it comes back. So, I usually just go to Amazon.

I wonder that no models or OAPs have ever called out Shawn for adjusting their hair, plucking at their clothes or grabbing them and physically moving them. I’m waiting for the day when someone tells Skunky “Please don’t touch me.” Seems to me her physical handling of other people should be an actionable issue for HR.

@Johnnystar56 she was hawking jewelry for kohls i think… so weird clearly there is significant financial compensation being paid for her to go back to her roots. she’s been gone a long time and seemed relatively successful on her own..so no idea why she’s back at a failing company….

Whatever that white top is that Amy is wearing is not flattering. She looks like she has gained a lot of weight, which I don’t think she has. And that hair ages her a lot. Alberti always wears his pants that tight. I think it just shows more when they are light colored.

Amy has fun with her hair but this blonder look is very harsh on her in the studio lights. I notice everything sparkly and loved how Amy stacked her firelight lab pear cut solitaire with the firelight lab sterling silver bamboo band ring on her show last night. I suggest they swap out that Michelle Lau for Erin Mosley. She’s 100 levels up from that Lau woman as far as presentation, personality, and image.
