Valerie’s junk is getting tackier and tackier. Good God who wants all this stuff cluttering their house? On a positive note Leah looked good standing next to Valerie.

Val’s set was illuminated throughout. From shells to spheres to flowers to lanterns to candles. Illumination abound. I’m surprised those happy little trees didn’t light up. Kim has a tough act to follow.

ITKWD has been on for 30 minutes and we have spent a lot of it on his mother’s “Favorite product,” since it is her birthday - of course, it is that cleaner. Now we have “lovely” quiches. He and Marie Louise did the first Happy Dance Shave seen in a long time. Also, she must not have been on for a while, since her voice is super annoying and I don’t remember that. “Everybody who is looking to pick these up, and these are perfect and delightful.”
Soon will be the first 30-minute TSV spot, and then there is also a Roomba in the show. Good thing there is a Criminal Minds marathon to switch to.
Holy crap - now David is designing kitchen towels???

I wonder if a lot of the food displays are fake. For presentation purposes only and not edible. Like they do for commercials when they want the food to look perfect. I’m seeming to remember one time I heard a host (can’t remember who) asking the vendor which one was ok to taste. The way the question was phrased seemed to imply only some of the food was actually edible. 
Probably. I remember one night I was at a restaurant a long time ago and one of the guys was really hungry, so he started eating desserts from the dessert tray that was sitting out. Served him right - those dishes were totally fake, but looked nice.

There’s a special on CBS right now (8 pm EST) with Elton John and Brandi Carlisle performing their new album. Not live. It was a performance done in London. I really thought he was retiring ? I guess I wouldn’t be surprised to see him on QVC tomorrow night with Skunky.

When I took the Q tour several years ago the tour guide said most of the food displays are prepped in advance and there’s a very small section of edible food and it’s all labeled what’s edible and what isn’t.
