Maybe a ābusiness as usualā final show is what MBR wanted. She seems very pragmatic and I believe enjoyed her craft of sales presentations. Maybe it also allowed her to stay focused on something to avoid getting too emotional in a public forum. 
Just another POV from someone who does not love being the center of everyoneās attention.

I couldnāt agree more. And I think she ended her QVC run in a way a lot of people would want to end their careers. Professionally with personal touches. I had to laugh at Kathy Levine telling her last night she can do what Kathy did, stay away for 20 years and come back. Marybeth said sheād be 90 lolol. Clearly, there were more people there who could be humorous than depressing or unprofessional. I liked her last dayās show.

the individual cakes, the oneās RIck had in his 30th anniversary show? Those were the ones tempting me. I resisted but only because I have no room in my freezer if I buy them.

This is really funny. And I guess Jill Bauer had a sense of humor, she was funny.
It made me think. I started watching a little in 2018 but seriously during the pandemic. There was more humor and less heavy sales pitching even as recently as that.. I have a feeling 1)TPTB started requiring the heavy hand sales pitch and 2)people started getting worried about thei long term stability there.

To be honest I thought it was Rick Domeier and that somebody had photoshopped it or manipulated it somehow to make him look like a ghoul lol. I donāt know who that is.

@MidwestCrabby , yes, the dessert I had in my cart was (were?) those cakes by Davidās Cookies! They looked so good! I didnāt order them as I kept losing/gaining them out of my cart and the MBR $10-off code didnāt work for me. Iāll watch for them 8n the future, though!

Tara Tempty is now selling an $80 Temptations glass birdbath! No mention of shatterproof. Is it ovenproof and dishwasher safe? Lol!

I bought a birdbath almost identical to this at Walmart years ago. It was very pretty, but the floral pattern was a decal and it started peeling off before the end of the first season. Taraās doesnāt say how the flowers are appliedā¦I would bet they are decals, though.
