… I should have added the really exciting part of the autumn scenario, Mr. CrankyPants, and his recently adopted, slightly demented little sister, Miss Olivia Twist, both rumbling on the living room floor, fighting over possession of a large felt stuffed acorn that one of them wasted no time swiping from the autumn display basket on the coffee table.

A lot of Heidi Daus’s jewelry is of the large and, dare I say, gaudy variety. This pin/pendant takes it to a new level however. Maybe if you’re a pickleball lover? Nah.

My God. It keeps getting worse.
I don’t even watch anymore, and for years it was pretty much the only thing on my tv. But there’s no escape. I have switched to watching Sling, and—probably thanks to cookies that will hound me till I die—I keep getting this truly ghastly Mally commercial where she snottily proclaims that the Over 50 garbage was so popular they’re going all in. Well, you do you, Mally. I won’t be watching.

You’re right, @chick_binewski, serious illness is awful, and no doubt a stressor for a marriage…She did get a little JConn re her wedding, and I think named one of her questionable fashion lines after new stepdaughter. Bumble Bella or something.

Add me to the list who are feeling very Autumnal. I’m loving watching Val’s harvest shows. I had a hard time resisting ordering the oversized orange pumpkin with the cutouts. It’s so pretty. I already have too many things that sit about my home.
Same for me. I used to turn on the Q when I got home and it would be the background for whatever I was doing. Now, there are only a few things I watch. I saw Val’s post on FaceBook that her shows were on today. If not for that, I wouldn’t have known since I’m not watching otherwise.
Waiting for Val’s show to start I watched a few minutes of Gourmet Holiday. Mary Beth looks better or more like she used to and healthier. She does look like she’s gained some pounds though. Blabby came on and I hadn’t seen her in a while. She better stop saying she wears a small. A small what? Small hot air balloon?

now does cake recipe have meringue on top of it? According to two of the dummies on the ITKWD (In The Kitchen With Dummies), you make this meringue with marshmallows. What a cake this will be!
