I followed this advice as a single mom and it works! Great way to save.

Sorry about that. I just looked at the card again, and “for select customers” was buried in the middle of a lot of fine print. HSN usually puts it in the first or second sentence.

This looks like a Skunkmore or Kerskank type of pose. Maybe Ms Gravel learned this from the masters. #Over50and Horri-belle.

I did manage to do some damage today with the free shipping on beauty, but I wish they had more variety. hey brought in Laura Mercier a few months ago but they are not on air much.

And they dropped MAC. In my head Fatima had it with Shawn’s nonsense so she took her toys and went home.

:chestnut::chestnut: What ever happened to Boobs Maran’s People of Argan? The ones who used to sit and play all day long under the Argan trees, cracking their nuts?

Josie keeps saying the Milk gets down to the roots. I don’t think skin has roots.

Antonella’s daddy is 93 and still works in the garden which is massive. Ant’s husband should be embarrassed. Doesn’t she have multiple sisters? I can imagine the fight over the house and property because that yard is huge.
We bought our humble home in metro Los Angeles with the thought of raising a family with 1 income even though we were both working full time jobs before kids came. I tell my kids live below your means because you never know when sh!t will hit the fan.

I was always intrigued by Ant’s former House of Spindles and Stairs (w/elevator) and how she used to host the holidays for her family! She even owned a horse.

Thanks for the memory!

Oh how the mighty have fallen, which is sad in a way. But no one to blame but themselves.

:house_with_garden: My Mom & Dad bought their first and only house back in 1956, a modest two story home with three bedrooms, living room, dining room, small kitchen full basement and attic, small yard, and they paid a whopping $8,000, with mortgage payments ranging from $72 - $84 per month, depending on the current interest rate. They were concerned as to whether or not they could afford the payments.

Bless them both, they managed to swing it, and happily lived out the rest of their lives in the home they were proud call their own.

:crying_cat_face: How I miss them both …

I don’t even know how oil cloth popped into mind. I swear I haven’t thought about it in years. But my Mom would go to the local 5 and 10 and buy a length of oil cloth and every year she would cover the picnic table outside. Because it only lasted about a year in the weather. Those were the days weren’t they?

How do you get your current stopper out of the drain if it isn’t broken or already out? They never show that.

Her husband always wanted to live on a boat so they did. Bad decision IMHO. He seems to be totally happy on the board from what little I’ve seen of them.
