@AuntCarolR Aldi also had Keylime, Birthday Cake and lemon (not pictured) flavors of whipped cream. I love it more than ice cream. Of course my waistline doesn’t 
. It’s a seasonal item and I don’t think they have it currently. Otherwise I’d have more.

Off topic, but my niece’s beautiful log cabin was hit by a tornado head on yesterday in Spring Hill Tennessee. She was at Chik Fil A with her daughter when it happened. Thank you Lord for having her out of the house. Her neighbor two doors down was kilked by a fallen tree. He was a lovely man who was a beloved pastor. Life is so fragile. She’s out today getting PODS to salvage what is left since vandals are already hard at work.

Got some strawberry whipped cream at Walmart yesterday! I am in love. Put it on fresh strawberries. Yum! It tastes like strawberry shortcake to me. Thank you ParadeofRoses!. Unless I gain weight :).

We have been under an air quality alert all day here in Minnesota, due to fires in Canada. People are advised not to spend a lot of time outside. Closed the windows and turned on the air. I wonder if this will be an annual thing? Hope our Canadian members are safe!

I am so sorry you are going through bad air due to fires. I experienced the same thing a couple of years ago. I know how bad it can be. I highly recommend getting an air purifier; you will be surprised how fast your AC filter will fill up. Amazon has some good purifiers that work well. I have a large Coway, but I like my smaller Levoit from Amazon, too. The fires were in the mountains, and burned a lot of trees. We still have bears coming into town because their food sources were lost in the fire. I wish you well, and stay safe.

This IS off topic. I know there is an HSN page but no one seems to post there. Watching a little bit of the Crafting show this morning. Do folks really need to make thousands of greeting cards? Do people even care about receiving them? I can imagine a few buyers wasting money on these things only to have the unopened projects stacking up in some closet or garage; to be sold at a yard sale after the buyer has passed away. Ugh.

Isn’t it nuts? I don’t craft and didn’t really know what it was, but when I tested some HSN crafting shows, I was like, just greeting cards? Seriously?!!!

Yeah, it’s the creative process that’s fun, the projects don’t matter much. I do needle arts because they’re creative and stitching relaxes me.
I have more finished needlepoint projects than I know what to do with, but I keep buying new kits and materials.

I can appreciate that, certainly. My point was that I assumed “crafting” meant everything from needle arts to knitting to drawing to wood burning to building birdhouses to ceramics, etc… yet all I’ve ever seen on HSN crafting shows is card-making, which has its place, but why does it have the whole place??

Here’s something fun. I had to share. My son is visiting and he’s a computer engineer telling me all about artificial intelligence. So as a demonstration he suggested AI write me a Mother’s Day poem about QVC, and this was the result:

The lovely model Katia is looking extra thin lately. I hope she is healthy. I know most of us are overweight and would like to be thinner, I certainly would, I just hope there is no reason for concern for her.
