The holiday craziness has definitely arrived. Seems like everyone is getting their tree today! Good luck getting that sap off the roof with no tarp! 
I just set up our fake tree in under 20 minutes. If I can find the ornaments, Iâll hang them. If not, oh well.

Do remember the elderly and those spending the day alone with a warm plate of Christmas dinner, or a sweet treat of cookies or dessert. A small gesture of kindness does so very much to brighten their day.
And I just know that you wonât hesitate to leave a little something special for the stray kitties!

Has anyone been following the kidnapping of Savannah Guthrieâs mother? They say she was taken from her bed in her sleep. Horrifying! My thoughts are with her family, I hope sheâs returned safely!
This makes me worry for elderly (meaning older than me!) 
relatives living in remote places. I know their small towns are safe, but one lives near the âhighwayâ out of town. I hate going to the Midwest in the winter, but maybe I should pay them a visit.
I installed a Ring doorbell and it caught someone casing our home during the holidays and taking photos. We were there at the time, but never turned on the porch light since itâs so bright. Itâs been on every night since I saw that video! A very creepy man taking videos of our home and talking about the security systems and cameras.
Our last home had a full camera system with in-wall screens in the main rooms. You could also view it on the TVs. Iâm thinking of doing something similar here. We live in the safest area imaginable, but there are creeps EVERYWHERE!

Still praying for a positive outcome. Nancy needs her daily medication or the outcome could be fatal.

Iâm listening in right now and they are saying there are signs of forced entry and blood in the home. Plus her required medication left at the house.
What in the world? Who would target an 84 year old woman? Break in, harm her and take her away?

If it was a kidnapping they would have received ransom demands by now, unless theyâre not disclosing it right now.
All I can think of otherwise is some sort of revenge motive against Savannah??

I canât shake the feeling that someone knows something about this incident, and for whatever reason, is holding back. I sincerely hope that I am wrong, because even the smallest bit of info could turn this case around. No child, no parent, should ever have to deal with the agony of a missing family member without any knowledge of what transpired. The world is a scary place, as we all know, and a person who is not quite right doesnât need a reason to do the things they do, and the family is left helpless to worry and wonder. Lives will be forever changed. Peace, love and hope to the entire family, and may this Mom return safely home to hug her children once again.
