Ah, okay, sorry. Mea culpa~
100,000 Eggs Stolen from a trailer in Pennsylvania, valued at $40,000 … And, if you eat at Waffle House, expect to pay a 50¢ surcharge PER egg! Other restaurants are following suit … Cock-A-Doodle-Doo!

Add a cocktail of penicillin to your breakfast order.
I got on the trader Joe’s insulated lunch bag craze, the latest colors are pink and purple. I purchased two of each color for my daughter and I. You can’t go wrong for $3.99 each. Trader Joe’s knows how to literally use customers as their marketing tools ![]()
The hoarding of eggs is insane! How many eggs do these people eat?? ![]()
@UglyBetty … They most like set up shop under a viaduct or in a Blood Bank parking lot, and are peddling the eggs for a bargain price of $7.50 per dozen.

For that matter, how long do eggs last?
Also,
Good for you! The entire outfit sounds cute.
I read somewhere they can be frozen raw if cracked into a muffin pan…? Not sure how true that is.
I’ve used the muffin pan, but baked with cheese and bacon. They last in the freezer if vacuum sealed. (But honestly, it’s easier to buy the frozen egg bites at Costco!)
They are sturdier - apparently - than their appearance would indicate, but the Costco approach does sound easier.
Soon we will live in a bland world where we won’t have to worry about: “Which came first the chicken or the egg?” because they’ll both become just a distant memory.

For $4.99 trader joes ultra rich moisturizing hand cream is excellent to keep your hands and cuticles supple and moist. I like to use right before bed time. Their seasonal scents are very light and the boxes are so pretty - I like to keep mine in them. The top two are from previous releases and the bottom is their Valentine rose scent currently available.
I also love their mochi cake - they’re chewy with a little hint of coconut flavor. It’s a seasonal item back from last year.
Eggs are Trader Joe’s are $3.45 for a dozen large, they’re usually sold out towards the end of the day though.
I recently discovered Quince, an online store that describes itself as follows: “Quince brings luxury products like Mongolian Cashmere, Italian Leather, Turkish Cotton and Washable Silk to everyone at radically low prices. Shop premium essentials with no middleman.”
I’ve purchased several clothing items that I love. The quality is excellent and their prices really are great. Shipping and returns are free - no minimum purchase required. And shipping is quick. I love cotton cashmere sweaters. I tried Quince’s V-neck cotton cashmere sweater and liked it so much, I ordered three more. The $39.90 price tag is extremely reasonable for the quality, and less expensive than LL Bean (where I’ve bought cotton cashmere sweaters previously). I ordered two organic slub cotton v-neck tees - a steal at $19.90 apiece and the slub fabric is substantial. They sent me a 20% off coupon so I decided to try one of their Mongolian cashmere sweaters. The $60 price tag was already reasonable, but with the coupon I got it for under 50 dollars. The sweater is awesome and so soft - and, again, the cashmere is substantial, not paper thin like some less expensive cashmeres. When you look at prices for cashmere (like Isaac’s sweaters), Quince’s pricing is amazing. They also sell a variety of things besides clothes - like home goods and travel accessories - which I haven’t tried. Anyway, if you’re looking for little luxuries at reasonable prices, you might want to check out Quince.
Hope this is appropriate in this thread even though it starts with TV, or at least the TV shopping sites.
I have been on the hunt for a nice looking, decently made but not horrifically pricey tote that can accommodate a 15” portable monitor in a protective sleeve. I have been waiting for IHKWIP to offer something (I have a number of their items and have been very pleased by the mix of affordability, style, and quality workmanship, YMMV), but their largest totes are 16”, not really big enough.
I have a pile of HSN credits so looked there and found this bag, which seemed ideal. Then I saw it was $179 and realized they were out of their damn minds.
Checked Q. $60 and free shipping. What on Earth?!
Googled. Amazon seller had it for just under $50. I have been trying to avoid Amazon for a number of reasons, but I got a nice gift card for Christmas, and free is a favorite price point, so I ordered it. Coming tomorrow and hoping it’s all that.
$179!!!
That is quite a price difference, @PeaceLoveSnark ! Let us know.
Bagley Mishka is now a HSN house brand that is kind of pricey
Only pricey on HSN, apparently…at least for now. Ideally my Amazon version is legit or at least worth what it cost. ![]()
I bought a knock-off of this bag about ten years ago on EBay for $22.99/free shipping. Still looks brand new, many have mistaken it for genuine leather. Also comes with a crossbody strap. One of my best purchases … Who knew?
The new bag arrived today, and it’s exactly what I was looking for. ![]()
