The 1000 customer increase year over year… I’m reading that as (for example) we got 10,000 new customers in 2022 and 11,000 new customers in 2023. Is that correct?

Are their stats showing how many former customers they lost?

That’s not good. I remember about 20 years ago, David or Rick would bring in 500 new customers in a show.

Kind of: they report the number of Existing customers (those who made a purchase in 2 consecutive 12-month periods) at the end of each quarter.
For example, they had approximately 448,000 fewer Existing customers at the end of June 2024 vs. end of June 2023.

Raising my hand here. I didn’t hate her but was not sorry she left. The Denim and Co shows are much more pleasant now (although Ali is irritating). And maybe I am projecting, but Gary seems a lot happier too. They can be friends off screen lol

I agree, I don’t like Officer Jayne with D&C shows. I do like her with Pat though.
I disliked Carolyn for many reasons, but when she started with that Nutsy the squirrel bs, that was the last straw for me.

I don’t miss Carolyn at all. She probably thought she was untouchable, hence her nasty-ass attitude. She has such a warped sense of self with her Girl Next Door nonsense.

I never cared much for Carolyn because she came across as inauthentic and seemed to be trying to start a theme or saying. Some people are able to do it and not be irritating, but she is not one of those people. The last thing I heard her trying to make a thing was ‘dilly dally’ as in don’t dilly dally, buy this now. I just groaned because it is a dumb expression anyway, to me. The other night, I heard Rachel B use it and I just groaned. I hope she isn’t going to try and make it a thing, like ‘shop backwards’ which is equally as annoying to me. Some of the hosts are just desperate to become a meme or something.
