Even if she does have the goods on someone high up in the Q, she is going to overstep someday. What multi-national company with competent administration would continue to allow this behavior? Speaking as someone who was an early customer with CVN before it became QVC, I cannot watch anymore. Nor will I buy their poor quality merchandise. This ship is sinking fast if they think Shawn is “cute”. I know she (somehow) has fans, but the Q needs normal customers, too. I am surprised by how many products are now “only order of the year”. The Q must not be ordering as much product and is emptying out their warehouses.

I happened to cruise by the Q this evening when Shawn was presenting with Laura Geller on this product. Shawn questioned if there was talc in the product and as Laura was explaining Shawn said something like, oh our legal department is loving this," and Laura, clearly irritated, said well, you went there and I’m following up. It’s around the 3:40 mark in this video.

Shawn was also dismissive and insulting to Laura while demonstrating the pressed foundation in the TSV, snarkily saying, what she said (about applying the foundation) is great, yes, technically her name is on the product, all praise to Laura Geller. However, you can use it dry, but I’m gonna tell you right now the life changer that I just taught MBR, is using it wet. She began demonstrating with a brush, saying to dampen it, and Laura said, or if I may say, using this sponge, and Shawn said okay, fine, then flipped her hand toward Laura dismissively, and to the camera said no, just use the brush. Laura started laughing, I guess to gloss over Shawn’s rudeness. See it here beginning around the 5:13 mark.
I so wanted somebody to walk on set and slap the shit out of Shawn for her nasty, overbearing attitude.

And when Shawn insisted that the only way to wear that make-up is to use it wet (which Laura Geller said she did NOT), and she slapped it on her face, it looked horrible - it was way too heavy and looked like clown make-up. It did provide a lot of coverage of the red on her face, but it looked horrible in the close-ups. I like Laura Geller make up and love the spackles. I want to watch it when someone just uses the powder.

On the QVC board, people are so excited and happy about Skunk getting her own podcast and how they can’t wait. So many people are going on and on about how much fun she is and they are just giddy waiting to see who her guests are and what she talks about. I guess I don’t know the difference between a podcast and the streaming disasters she did from her closet and bathroom, but I am not expecting anything at a professional or classy level.
