Itâs not an exclusively British word, thereâs plenty of examples of it being used in publications, etc. in this country. My mother used to use the word and she was as far from tony as one could get.

Itâs not like sheâs having a bad hair day once in awhile. This slovenly appearance is done on purpose. Thatâs what makes it so offensive. Here she is, getting PAID to be on LIVE TV, and she purposely looks like trash.
Thereâs something psychological going on. Itâs like sheâs throwing her tenure in our faces, saying âsee, I wonât even be reprimanded for this!â

You wonder, as the daughter gets older, maybe preteen years/junior high, sheâll want to groom herself nicely, experiment with hair and makeup, different ways to look nice. Her mother is not setting a good example for her as far as hygiene is concerned.

Iâm not a doctor but poor hygiene can be an indicator of psychological challenges or difficulties. Maybe Shawn needs therapy?

No. She just plays the victim. Remember her constant trauma dumping about her dead dad and her wicked mom? Sheâs just a pathetic perpetual victim. If she wanted therapy, she would be in therapy. If she is, it clearly isnât working. Excusing her behavior with âpsychological challengesâ is giving her way too much credit and kindness. You canât play stupid and smart at the same time. She does, so she doesnât get a pass from me. I see through her bullshit.
Also, if someone is mentally ill, itâs on them to seek treatment. Iâve seen way too much self-victimization from anyone with a diagnosis. Please. Get real and grow up. (not you, the twats whining on Instagram and TikTok)

I think that knowing a little about where Shawn grew up ( a very wealthy Detroit suburb) and her family circumstances (pretty darn privileged), she probably thought that she would have a much more âentitledâ life than she is currently living. She hasnât been able to just use family connections to ease into the job of her dreams. And sheâs actually been rejected a few times. She âout loudâ day dreams about being in the same social circles with celebrities and royalty. So she hasnât really learned about how to deal with bringing her dreams down to real. Luckily for me, growing up with parents earning just above the poverty level and learning how to do without most things that people take for granted made me a realist. Shawnâs development got arrested somewhere along the line.

Canât believe she canât see how bad she looks. On the QVC commercial she said when I walk in you can look because I look great. Unbelievable.

She doesnât realize how lucky she is. Has a nice house but very messy, a great husband that puts up with her and a daughter. She will never be happy.

Last night, I ordered several pairs of the TSV and some matching jackets. Shawn was, I think, trying to promote the products, but itâs hard to tell. She seems to be unable to stop herself from striking awkward poses and sticking her fingers into the back pockets to pull the rear end way out from her body. Iâm not a salesperson, but the approach of (pretty much) telling people that the clothes arenât quite as crappy as she wouldâve thought they were, based on the price, seems counterintuitive. Oh, by the way, in case you were wondering, she wears an XS, but she can fit into an XXS. 
I just heard Shawn speak as i was flipping through channels. I didnât stop (canât stand her), but her speech was very odd. Not really a lispâmore like something wrong with her teeth. It was very noticeable, and it reminded me of my great-uncle Clifford who sucked on his teeth all the time. She sounded like she was 99 years old.

I also noticed that about her teeth. Sometimes she doesnât talk right. Also noticed yesterday she was wearing backless skinny heels which she could barely walk in.

What i saw was not so much her teeth, but her lips looked so much bigger, she must have gotten fillers and maybe that made her speech off. I didnât watch long enough to hear her speak. She was prancinng around in those âNYDJâ jeans.

I saw Shawn presenting a SG blazer with Beth Chandler. She was flitting around so much that the camera couldnât follow her. I didnât really notice anything about her speech that was âdifferent.â She does have pretty wide central incisors and an overbite, so she probably gets some loud air sounds as she navigates certain sounds (fâs and sâs, for example). I did notice that both she and Beth are twinning (damaged) straightened and bleached hair. Beth continues to appear much older as she stuccos herself with self-tanner. Her hands are particularly a mess.
