Her daughter’s pretty dress reminds me of my daughter’s first communion dress. Miss those days very much. I hope her priest is okay.
It’s tradition, symbolizing purity. I wore the same attire I made my first communion 40 some odd years ago. I live in So Cal where you would think people are not going to conform to that attire but we parents all did, and continue to.
Oh no. These two are headed to LA. Both look so awkward and uncomfortable in public and far from stylish.
Looked wasted as hell and the shirt doesn’t help. ![]()
It’s funny you mentioned her (the Long Island Medium) because she’s a Q50 Ambassador now.
I’d love to see Theresa Caputo (LI Medium) and Kathy Hilton (Bel Air socialite galore) as seat mates at some celebratory soirée.
And, how did Hoda Kotb get involved in this insipid Q marketing stunt?
giant ugly glasses
new shortcut
GUG
Skunky is more like the Long Island Iced Tea medium.
Oh, but she’s not a medium, she’s an extra small ![]()
OMG! A medium joke!
That’s why I luv this place!
Shame the women in this video have no idea Shawn is an idiot.
Do they even know who she is?
This comment took me out. Probably funnier because it was originally in German:

Always has to draw attention to herself with the stupid glasses.
Why are some of these celebrities participating in this QVC Over 50 stuff ? Just from the above video, I’m thinking specifically of Billie Jean King and Hoda Kotb. The others in the video you can say it’s because they sell things on QVC. Or they are just doing it for self-promotion (Kathy Hilton, for instance). Am I missing something else positive that QVC is doing in this area ? Are they making contributions to charity ? Or supporting women-owned businesses ? I know Billie Jean is a great pioneer and supporter of women and LGBT causes, but I’m sure there are plenty of other more impactful organizations she could align herself with. Isn’t this over 50 stuff just really a marketing ploy by QVC ? If I’m misunderstanding then I’ll keep my mouth shut.
Agree. Seems like a step down for Billie Jean and Hoda. Why is that Medium woman there? She sure has high hair. ![]()
I see that Leah attended this time.
Such a waste of $$$$$$$. And they want us to buy $50 t-shirts.
What’s sad is that she has WRECKED her hair. It is actually quite thick and seems to have body. I don’t know if it’s all the coloring or straightening, but her hair is fried.
My understanding of the Over 50 celebrity group is to advise and influence QVC’s decisions about what and how to market to the over 50 women customers. I’m not sure how QVC acquired this information, but this all stems from the premise that women over 50 feel “ignored and under- supported” by mainstream brands. QVC hoped to build on this premise by showing women that this stage of life is full of possibilities, changes, and opportunities. (To buy QVC stuff, I presume)
I have to believe that this assembled group of influencers are being compensated. And it does seem like a huge waste of money for QVC to fund all of the travel and expenses (I think this was the second meet-up) for QVC staff + hosts and the influencers.
They’d be lucky to get even just two of those women to actually agree on something, anything!
