I was reminded of David’s Mother’s Day spectacle and wonder if anyone here has ever been to QVC’s Studio Park or participated in a live audience. What was your experience like? Did you meet the “stars” or were they whisked off to the celebrity panic room?
In the past they offered tours and had a store, but I can’t find any current information. A review on Google Maps says the last tour was in August 2019.
The QVC Outlet is still open and looks like a low quality Homegoods. I’m surprised they still pay for that large space!
Also, why did they name a house clothing brand Studio Park…?
How stupid!
If I lived in the area or were in Philly for the weekend, I might go, but wouldn’t make a special trip. How do they fill the studio audience? Are there that many QVC crazies in the area?

I think that’s what they call the QVC campus - Studio Park. Much more succinct than the Unqualified To Be Doing This line.

I think the same “design team” designs for all the lines

I went once to a live cooking show. I don’t remember if it was still with Bob B or David. The woman sitting next to us almost had an orgasm when she heard that Ron Popeil was there. And Richard Simmons. Wow - that WAS a long time ago!!! We got some samples of food, but didn’t get to meet anyone afterwards. The tour was interesting. We drove from VA to PA for the day.

Forget what I said earlier. If the ghost of Richard Simmons wants to sell QVC products, I’d be there in a heartbeat!
He was the best.
I’m sure your experience was better than it would be today. The Mother’s Day audience didn’t get any food or celebrity sightings.
