And Diva has a compulsive need to demonstrate it’s HIS show, and everyone else better stay in line—unless, of course, it’s one of his “celebrity” bffs, like Zakarian (sp?), which makes it even worse. I don’t think Diva is that assy in real life—I hope not—but on Q he acts like a guy who snivels to his boss but bullies waiters and cashiers.
This is among the reasons I love Rick. He can be hyper, but more often than not he praises OAPs and cohosts, esp newer ones, and is there to do his job, not prove he’s the top dog. HE acts like a guy who has a life and a job, and he knows the job provides the life, so he is grateful for it, does it as well as he can, and then enjoys his free time.

I should have clarified I think Nancy represents someone who is no longer under the heavy, repetitive grind and high selling expectations that Diva has.
I’m sure she must have quotas to meet as well but compared to him, very minimal and much more free from the QVC chains.

I’m a Nancy at my job. I was once a teacher but my husband and I together made the decision for me to stay home to raise our 3 kids. I’m now a teachers aide. It is the most stress free time I’ve ever spent in a job. My commute is 5 minutes by car. I can see the teachers getting exhausted and frustrated with the daily grind. I’m able to be in the environment I trained for but not have the burdens from the students, parents, administrator, classroom management, curriculum, competitive co workers and state testing to name a few. I still keep my credential updated every 5 years.

Watching Rosina on Q2 right now. She looks great as usual, but something about her face seems different. Wonder if she had that buccal fat procedure that thins out your cheeks and makes your cheekbones more prominent?
Hope she didn’t have surgery, she doesn’t/didn’t need it.

I’ve noticed her face has seemed a little slimmer and figured she’d just lost a little weight.

I ended up doing chores and never turned the channel as planned. Carla did fine except going overboard on the “colorways” idiocy. But why does QVC keep hiring hosts and then giving primetime host slots to Gravel, Tara Tempty, Dennis Basso (who did have Courtney as backup) and now Carla Hall? Whyyyy?

I don’t think she has done anything to her face, I think it’s just her aging and weight loss. She has developed jowls and losing some weight has contributed to that. She is still attractive and I hope she doesn’t start visiting Courtney’s plastic surgeon.
