OK. I caved and bought the Vitamix TSV. What sold me was the side by side demo of the TSV vs a cheaper one in the glasses of water. Much more power with the Vitamix. I have an old stick blender maybe one step up from the cheap one they were showing. Time to upgrade ! Emerald is on wait list so I went with the ocean blue.

I bought this last year and use it much more than I thought I would.

Can’t remember what I paid, but probably not much less than this.

Enjoy!

I ordered the blue, also. My KitchenAide blender lost it’s motor this week, and I need something to chop up cheese.

I also bought one, but I ended up getting an open-box one on Woot for $5 less, plus I’m sure it’ll arrive sooner than QVC’s slothlike shipping.

I have already received an email notification from the Q that it has been shipped, which surprised me. Now if it doesn’t get lost by the Post Office. I have had some problems with packages not getting delivered and just wandering around the mail system the last couple of weeks.

Wow, that’s fast for QVC!

I know, right. I was very surprised.

@Benji and @CalicoKitty , you convinced me to take a look at the TSV — and I ordered it too! I have a very old immersion blender that is not as powerful. This will also allow me to get rid of a small chopper I have. My husband makes smoothies and I’m hoping this might be easier than hauling out his big blender. :crossed_fingers:

Immersion blenders are great. I had stirred some cornstarch into my Thanksgiving gravy and it was lump city until I blended it smooth. I also used the whisk attachment to make fresh whipped cream for the pie in like 1 minute.

I currently have a Braun but it has an annoying safety mechanism where you have to hold down the button constantly to use it, and if you let go, you have to push another button at the same time to restart it. So I’m looking forward to this new one.

Who cares. She has no filter, Doesnt care what says.

   Gotta love the loose thread hanging from the toe area of the pricey BFD cozy socks. And Killinger, as usual, doesn’t even notice because she’s too busy bouncing up and down like a two year old.

I just ordered the vitamix immersion blender too. I have an older cuisinart stick and think I’ll enjoy the upgrade. Also the electric whisk will be handy, won’t always have to use my kitchen aid and I’ll get rid of my old hand mixer I never use. I have an OXO chopper I use frequently so I’ll see how I like that attachment. Seems like a good kitchen item I can get a lot of use from. Hope you post your reviews!

Huh???..…………………………..abcdefg

Watching the D&Co show this morning. Pam is now wearing a size large (down from 1X). She looks great! And I really like when she wears her hair straight lately. Very flattering!
