Duh - no wonder we don’t see Blabs heading the group - this is DisneyLAND. She “runs” at DisneyWORLD. That’s why she’s missing!!! Otherwise, I am sure she would be first. Or second. . . last?

I took a look, and it’s priced better than the Q;s line, which is basically like everything else done at QVC , the Penny line is a bit more stylish

Over on a QVC FB page, posters are saying that Mark Charles Misilli has been fired. A few claim to know the reason, but aren’t saying why. Has anybody seen him recently?

People on Reddit also said the same thing. It’s been a while since I’ve seen him on.
I’ve seen him within the last two weeks. I just looked at the thread on the QVC forum and it looks like anything alluding to him being fired isn’t there. Perhaps he’s on vacation.
Update: Someone asked David about Mark Charles on his live chat and he quickly deflected.

My hunch is it was something he did or said. To me he seemed a little off the walls in his presentations the past few months. He started shoveling food in his mouth non stop when he was showing food products and overly animated in other presentations. I might be wrong, but it just seemed like something changed.

Sounds like a hypomanic episode. Maybe he went off on someone behind the scenes. Either that, or a disgruntled employee. Or drugs? How odd. I regret not watching now! 
Edit: Sorry for the confusion! He was a solid presenter so I’m just speculating about the odd behavior and why he was allegedly let go! Not saying any of this is true. In all reality, it was probably just a contract dispute.

Are presenters like Mark Charles paid by the Q or by the company they represent? That is a question I have never figured out. I always thought they were employed by the product company and they were selling to make a profit for that company, with a contract with the Q for a percentage. But maybe I am wrong. Marc Charles was someone that could actually operate what he is selling, and seemed to know how things worked and know the names of the colors, unlike some OAPs that are still on air, and some of the actual Q employees (useless Rachel demonstrating the can opener and laughing that she didn’t know how to use it?). If Mark Charles was actually fired by the Q he must have done something very egregious, because TPTB don’t seem to care if we the viewers are verbally assaulted or subjugated to stupid or offensive antics from the hosts on a hourly basis. Mally is much more offensive and in-your-face than anything Mark Charles could ever be with a can opener.

Yes! He was always so professional. It’s hard to sell garbage like that with a straight face. He knew how to use the products and his demos made them appear better than they are.
Weren’t most of his products from house brands? I thought he was employed by QVC and led the kitchenware house brand department because of his knowledge. Maybe this is wrong, but I assumed the OAP was an “extra” job for him where he’d get a percentage of sales. He didn’t seem as fly-by-night as other OAPs.

Apparently, someone posted on the QVC site, that on MCM’s LinkedIn page, his status is listed as “open to work,” and his experience listed “On air personality on QVC” ended in August. Who knows? That seems pretty surprising so I wonder what happened. I don’t think we will ever know, tho.
We’ll never know. Seemed to happen quickly, as I saw him maybe a week ago.
But I bet it was some sort of behind the scenes QVC drama.
But La Diva can hug Rachel 2.0 to death with no problems.
