I, for one, would love to know what percentage of goods sold on QVC, are actually made in America. All manufacturers should be required to list the country or countries where their good are currently manufactured. Enough with hiding behind the “MPORTED” label.
The manufacturers are required to list the place of origin on the item, but afaik, the retailer is under no such obligation.
Popaj is always in snakeoil salesman mode during gourmet holiday.
Diva made an appearance to sample Corky’s burnt ends. The shirt he was wearing was looking exceptionally voluminous.
Serious question. For those of you with a I’ll say visceral reaction to this Doctor Gundry, can you tell me why? I’m starting on a new journey with food, and I I’m curious to know what about his program or philosophy or teaching or whatever, makes you say that he’s a charlatan? I really don’t have any thoughts about him one way or the other, but I’m just curious why you folks are saying that. What do you know that I should know? lol Thank you!
I do know that none of the flatware they sell is American made. Lenox and Oneida sold their names to foreign companies several years ago. It makes me actually mad when the Q sells sets of Lenox and says that it is the same company as your grandma’s dinnerware. The only company making flatware currently in the USA is Liberty Tabletop. They are in the old Oneida factory and they make very good quality flatware. Their selection of patterns has grown over the past few years. Also, the Lenox Christmas ornaments are clearly marked “made in China”. I don’t care how many times a host or OAP tells viewers that Lenox has been making them for years and years, they are no longer made in America. For years the Q would have Fenton glass shows, which were a pretty big deal. Fenton sold their name several years ago, and there is no more Fenton Glass. I think the Asian company that bought the name may still make glass beads under the Fenton name, but I haven’t heard about them for several years. No host on the Q has ever mentioned where the products are made. In the case of Lenox and Oneida, they just keep selling and inferring that they are still made in America.
LOL - he sells food??? I thought he was a make-up charlatain.
Vacuuming With Jane !

Yes. They did the same thing with Polar Fleece and Malden Mills even after the name had been sold several times, is now attached to factories in China, and is nothing like the original material and quality. Shame.
Surely the trained camera people on the QVC production team know when to zoom in tight and when to pull away?
I don’t think anyone else would look better - it seems that they all look like this.
I could never imagine investing $2100 on a ring. Rather put that money to work for me in stocks, bonds etc. no matter how bad the markets are..
Jane looks good in that dress. Does anyone know if it’s available on the Q and, if so, the item number? Thanks!!!
Thank you!!! I thought that dress looked good on Jane, better than most of the items she wears!
