I’m sorry, but that PLW long denim skirt is ugly. Unless you are tall and thin, it just over emphasizes your hips.
I was surprised when Pat said this was her first ever TSV kickoff - she’d never been there at midnight before!
Not surprised that it was Kim Gravel. Her plane landed late so she barely made it on time. Yay.
The blouse is called Find Your Fire. ![]()
Sounds like a hot flash for $45.
The PLW skirt. It was awful. Truly awful.
Pat did a great job with Kim.
She’s been with Graver for years, so managing Kim was a breeze.
Can’t believe she’s never introduced a TSV?! Doesn’t sound right.
Maybe she just forgot.
not a particularly innovate TSV top
Maybe she meant she never introduced a Kim Gravel TSV before. I would think in her 30+ years she’s kicked off many TSV’s.
I’m considering the blue/green TSV that Kim was wearing. I need some “nicer” tops. Wish the prints weren’t so big.
I like the blue as well. I thought it looked great on Kim and Leah.
She said several times: “I’ve never been here at midnight.” Not sure why she’d forget if she had.
I wasn’t expecting much from “Fashion Day” (and I actually think the Sketchers bootie that just aired is cute), but seriously? They’re pushing one pair of D&Co twill pants, a year-old Barefoot Dreams sweater with mediocre reviews and not much else.
I just want a tee or blouse and a new pair of NYDJ but apparently I ask for too much.
Mary! Stop telling yourself you look good in that Kim Gravel ruffle hem jacket! Girl, it just does not work.
Who do you think you are, Janie or Shawn???
Watching the Q for the first time in weeks as background noise while I do some work.
Holy Cow, LOGO Lori looks rough. Has she been ill (hope not), is she much older than I thought (I assumed 60ish), or have I just never looked closely at her?!
I was browsing the videos and if this is the skirt you were referring to, I totally agree! A mashup of Little House on the Prairie and The Little Mermaid - “Little Mermaid on the Prairie.” Shawn, of course, was poured into it along with a too-tight tee and jacket.
The models didn’t look much better.
And I’d like to slap the smug right off of Alina’s face.
The models were saying “Someone should set fire to these fugly skirts. Not even Goodwill would take them.”
What exactly is the style theme they’re going for here? Schlumpy hooded sweatshirt with frumpy skirt, a briefcase-like bag and sneakers. Maybe Bonnie will rip off that sweatshirt to reveal a silk blouse underneath, kick off those sneakers and put on a pair of heels she has in that bag, and magically be dressed for work. The whole thing looks horrible on Bonnie. She’s not the thinnest model at the Q, but this get-up makes her look much bigger than she is. Style grade - F
That poor model looks like she is being suffocated in that too tight, too high outfit.
I don’t even think the Duggars would take those skirts.
I’m sorry, but this LOGO dress is just hiddy. I’m not sure I would even wear it around the house because I think it would scare the cats.
If NoGoLogo ever fell asleep on a park bench, the cops would arrest her for loitering, and then cart her off to a homeless shelter.
Another thing that will never hang in my closet. This one’s from Nic + Zoe and is called the “Mixed Up” coat. Mixed up is right, as in I mixed up my fabric samples and forgot what I was doing. How many colors are on this thing? A lot of these clothes need a new category - “Home Ec Projects.”
