@Tuxedo I watched the vid with Alberti and New Rachael, I’m confused or old or both but what is Queer? I looked it up but it doesn’t really give a definitive answer, just something about not identifying as non-binary, which then led me to well what’s that? I know there is LGBTQ+ But honestly I don’t understand cis-gender and all the others. I really need a guide book for dummies.

I’d assumed she meant lesbian but I didn’t realize it’s actually a very fluid description, which is why it’s so easy to get confused.
I copied this from an AI overview:

Don’t feel bad about not knowing what it means. I have asked several of my gay and lesbian friends and they don’t know, either! They were also long-time gay or lesbians when that was all you had to know. All of these new genders and terms confuse them, as well as those of us not in that community. When I was younger, queer=gay (or odd).

Oy. It looks like I’m going to spend another Saturday listening to podcasts with the Q on mute, asking myself “Is that a lovely holiday decoration or cheap AF garbage?”
Every few items I’ll see something of Valerie’s and think it’s a great idea for my small apartment. Then she lightly touches a table piece it and it won’t stay balanced.
