I donāt get the appeal of the Mackenzie-Childs stuff. Their products have always seemed gaudy and garish to me, and are definitely overpriced. Maybe itās because I prefer beautifully simply designed items but their stuff always looks too fussy and cheap.
@Yinzer i was reading a forum of collectors of MC and there were complaints of poor finishing on the pieces, some were shipped downright unusable. For the elevated price, Iād expect way better. The pieces arenāt my cup of tea; i just dont like the black and white checkerboard accents. They had a huge Santa for a hefty price - it would have been better if it were a cookie jar. Jmo

I donāt blame Courtney for getting plastic surgery, fillers and Botox. She was ugly as shit and I would do the same.

I saw a commercial for a new show called Susan Noles NOW. Who TF is Susan Noles, and why is QVC giving all these people a āNOWā show? I thought they were passing the NOW torch from Kim G to Carla Hall? I guess her show tanked. I remember in the first few minutes, she broke the tips off all of the eyeliner samples.
Nick Chavez OAP was styling MBRās hair while she sat in a chair. I wasnāt looking at the screen, but I guess he felt something moist and asked her, āDid I go up your nose?ā
MBR [snort laugh]: You went in my eye.
Iām guessing that Liamās immediate ānew journeyā is to the unemployment office.
If memory serves me correctly, I believe that may be Beyonceās mother. I thought I heard it mentioned that she was one of the Fifty and Almost Famous Brigade.
I could be wrong however ā¦ Ivāe been wrong at least once in my life.
And, if I was asked to name a Beyonce song, I couldnāt even name a single one!

I still donāt know who Susan Noles is, and Iām not inclined to Google. I donāt recall her being a former host, but I havenāt watched the Q since the beginning, so I donāt know all the hosts.
Susan Noles was a contestant on the Golden Bachelor. Apparently sheās got a big mouth so that makes her an excellent candidate for a NOW show.

I wasnāt paying close attention but I think that the Nick Chavez brand OAP was Nickās brother.
I noticed when MBR said she knew he was going through a hard time without his brother. 
I didnāt realize they were continuing the brand.
Iām almost certain the Nick Chavez OAP isnāt related to Nick. I remember the first show when he became the OAP after Nickās passing. He mentioned Nick was his mentor. When MBR made the brother comment, it was directed to Nickās sister, the lady sitting in the chair in front of the OAP.

I never knew David Cassidy was on QVC. I started watching when they began in 1986. I wasnāt watching much TV in the late 90s when we got internet.
