Not a recipe - but a suggestion to try cooking it on the grill instead of the oven. We had a gas grill and it always turned out great. I bet if you’re a master with charcoal it would be as good if not better.
Walmart has these super yummy dumplings by Korean brand Bibigo. Found in the frozen section. Just fry them up. Serve with your own concoction of soy sauce, sesame oil, dash of vinegar, chili crisp sauce and sprinkle of green onion (or scallions). No need to order dumplings or potstickers from QVC. These cost around $6.50. Costco has them too.
I have made a meatball sauce for years by mixing grape jelly and bottled chili sauce. I’ve used it for chicken wings and little smokies, too. Every time I take it somewhere I am asked for the recipe. I am kind of ashamed to say how simple it is. (I know, it sounds strange, but it really tastes good).
I’ve made that too. It is really good ! ![]()
That was actually one of the recipes in Mary Beth’s cookbook. It IS good.
That sauce over “little weenies” or meatballs is very popular in Minnesota and Wisconsin! Yum. ![]()
