There has been a on-air moment when a handle of a temp-Tations item snapped off. It’s very subtle but you can see where Lisa was holding a baker by then handle and it’s bent when it shouldn’t be. Mary and Lisa were selling and they played it off like nothing happened

Diva was on with the David’s Cookie rep on Sunday coughing and carrying on. He left briefly to get a “tissue” and then returned to announce that he had blown his snotty nose and sanitized his crumby hands. Soon after he told the rep to finish the segment off solo so “Uncle David” can use the “little hosts room” before his next nauseating segment. He’s one weird ass man.

If he has to announce that he is taking a break at all, it is unnecessary to give a reason. Much less TMI. He could set it up so that the rep or cohost or whoever just takes over for him for 2 minutes. No reason to even mention that he’s stepping away at all, as far as I’m concerned.

Diva and Amy started a gift show. Mics weren’t working properly and he immediately threw an enormous Diva hissy fit.
What a wimp. Relax, be professional. He probably got the audio kid fired.

He could have handled that with more tact. He was doing his tacky used car salesman intro and the mask slipped for a second. That’s the real Diva.
So in the 500 years he’s been at QVC, there haven’t been any technical difficulties?

His “nice” veneer is very thin. I have seen him go after someone off camera for not removing a sold out color of a product fast enough. I really don’t think he is a very nice person in real life.

I hate to say it, but you’re right. I used to enjoy David, but he’s become a real grouch these last few years. He’s probably their highest paid host and thinks he can throw his weight around… no pun intended…

I didn’t see his reaction but it’s unprofessional for him to act like that. He should keep his cool and just be patient. Stuff happens. If someone actually screwed up, deal with it later, off camera.

He didn’t really have an outburst, just kept mentioning the microphone in a snarky/backhanded way. He fell out of character for a second, then put the mask back on. As a viewer, it’s uncomfortable to watch him treat “lesser” staff poorly on live TV. It’s happening so often, I can’t stand to watch him anymore.

I just tuned into the Q. Apple is selling an Apple Ipod 512G for $649, as opposed to the Q price of $949.98. Of course, Apple does not include a bunch of useless accessories. Apple has very fast shipping, also. I would never buy an item this expensive from the Q, let alone be forced to buy all the extra gadgets.
