Miranda Kerr is stunning. What a contrast, one a natural beauty and the other a plastic freak.

Oh boy, it’s almost time for a Today’s Special Value with Mr. Repellent, I mean, Wonderful.
I had some of that wine, it was not great
it’s a “beginner wine”
you can go anywhere and get Cupcake brand easily, which might be better
While I realize that pretty much any celebrities and otherwise famous people who slap their names on products are looking to cash in, certain people who do this kind of thing bother me more than others do. Kim K and Mr Wonderful fall into this category for me. (There are many others…). Most of these people have very little involvement in the actual fabrication of whatever the products are. There used to be a little more backlash against this kind of stuff, but with ubiquitous social media platforms and influencers that marinate viewers in pretty much constant views, it just part of life now.
Mr Wonderful seems especially slimy.
I call “Mr. Wonderful” a slimy, slithering snake. That sh*t-eating grin makes me ill.
I posted it before, but, look up “Kevin O’Leary and wife involved in boat crash”. That tells me all I need to know about Mr. Not So Wonderful. ![]()
this needs to be widely shared. they’re entitled assholes.
FYI … If anyone wants to order David’s Cookies, run, don’t walk, to Amazon … Two 2 pound tins ( 4 pounds total) at a price QVC will never, ever beat!

DASH sells at HG for usually under $10 but prob more these days
Thanks for the info. I subscribed to it and it ended up being less than $25. Maybe I had some points they used. Anyway, those will be great for holiday potlucks. These used to be my parents’ favorites. And they will arrive on the anniversary of my mom’s passing, so that will be a nice memory.
I forget in which thread it was discussed, so I’ll just put this here. I’m visiting my family at the Cape and flew in yesterday. One of the complimentary snacks they offered on the plane was a stroopwafel ! So of course I had to get it. Very good. I’m sure it’s a more simplified version of a real authentic one, but good nonetheless. ![]()
I amfrom the Netherlands, that is an authentic one. I personally don’t like them. @Benji
My Mom refererred to them as “Butterballs” and made them every Christmas and Easter, along with pizzelles and Italian wedding cookies. I always helped, but never attempted to master the craft on my own. Sweet memories, indeed.![]()
@RetiredAtLast ……That’s a great deal…..be sure to let us know how they tasted. Thanks in advance. We all love Russian tea cakes here and if these are good, I won’t need to hand make them. One less cooking/baking chore for me…yay!
