The prices of the jewelry are completely ridiculous.
Who is buying this stuff on QVC? I guess there are people who casually drop $3000-$6000 on an impulse buy of jewelry. Look at Jane’s daughters and Courtney K. Heck, most of the female show hosts have huge wedding rings. But I just didn’t think the big spenders were QVC customers.
I think there’s more disposable income out there than many realize.
Of course, I’m surprised if those folks shop at Q/HSN, but they might.
Amy Stran admits that she loves “the-bigger-the-better” diamonds but that she could never afford the prices, so she opts for large sparkly Diamonique stones instead.
I suspect she not the only show host to do so …
@RetiredAtLast i always hated it when somebody would say “Happy Yom Kippur (sp?)”. I had to say “it’s not that kind of holiday”.
I saw those jewelry prices, $6,100 for a not all that attractive ring. It would be interesting to find out how many, if any, they sold.
Today they had Southwestern jewelry on, expensive too. Do people still were that stuff?
Why would anyone spend thousands of dollars on a piece of jewelry without seeing it close up and in person? Why would you not want to hold it in your hand, see the design, feel the weight of the metals, and examine the quality of the stones? … The 4 C’s … How many times have we seen unhappy customer reviews stating that what they saw on tv or online was not what they received? And then there’s the porch pirates, just waiting for those small packages to arrive. And if you have to return it because you’re not happy, one can only hope that it arrives safely to the return destination … That’s a whole lotta “ifs.”

have been watching the History of QVC on the streaming it’s is interesting I think there are a rew to be realeased
The NYDJ special value Only looks good on Leah. She’s wearing what looks like her size. All the others are way too tight and wrinkly like someone else mentioned here. The sizing down is not doing anyone any favors.
Even if they weren’t too tight (and they are) the fabric seems really prone to wrinkles. It looks bad even in the loose parts on the legs. Too bad - cute jeans, good colors, and good price.
I just don’t understand why they want to show off jeans by showing models stuffed into them. Even the smaller models have areas that are “pulled” in the front.
I’ve seen her lift her shirt to show off her bra before. More than once, unfortunately. BTW, that bra is too small. Band and cups.
they rarely show this style jean with a flat shoe. ya know? like most of us would wear? always with a heel because you’ll look stumpy in a flat.
God, what a stump.

I’m 5’ 10½" … even barefoot, no one’s ever called me stumpy.
If she’d pull that damn shirt out of her underwear, she could easily add a few extra inches to her marathon runner’s body.
