Is she in a dressing room? A closet? She does need to stop with the weight loss meds - her face is looking gaunt. And it makes her head look bigger.

And SO MUCH HAIR. She does not have good hair. It looked better when she cut it that one time years ago. But then she practically had a breakdown and grew it out again.

Honestly- she’s built like a lollipop now. She already has a big head (look at her next to other people, even her daughter), but between the weight loss and the hair?

I agree with @youbetcha - the skirt looks OK. And not skanky.
I just don’t like the combination of the jacket and the skirt, plus I don’t like how the jacket itself looks on her. As I alluded to, I’m no fashion expert. JMO

Probably a “control” thing. If she feels her life is not going along as she would like it to (yoga studio? House in GA? Manifesting a fabulous career as a travel guide, coach and influencer?) then at least she can firmly control her weight. Especially now with the relative ease of getting GLP-1 meds.
She didn’t need to lose much weight, if any, really, before she did this.

I forget to eat when I’m extremely stressed, sometimes for days at a time. Maybe reality is finally sinking in.

Who would want her for a cosmetic brand.? She’s so thin she must have took drastic measures. She looks even worse and even older. Too much on her plate. VIP creators channel, her news letter, podcast, ambassador for Slatkin, selling overpriced clothes on LTK, traveling and now this. Why the hell can’t she just calm down and enjoy life with her miracle man instead of always doing and not living for the present. She is never satisfied. She’ll burnout!
