I like Stacey and she does look great all the time but sometimes she tries just a tad too hard.
@Yinzer Yes! That was a much improved Blabby on St. Patrickâs Day, probably behaving better for all of the OAPs from Ireland. She still tried to act like she was best friends with every one of them because they went back so many years.![]()
I didnât see Stacey but sheâs often like that. Like she should be calm but sheâs really not. Her voice volume gets borderline too high. I have a feeling some jerk she reports to has pressured her to have more Energy! Enthusiasm! Elation! and itâs making her too nervous.
Itâs a shame cuz I do like her.

They were replaying the former Breezies TSV on QVC3 the other night and I was dying once I finally got to see @AWDâs photos from her presentation come to life!
OMG!
Now I donât think I can eat my lunch seeing those gross legs
and mile wide hips!

GIVE IT UP BLABBY! you are gross!
She definitely has to have several inner tubes under her clothesâŚâŚâŚdoesnât she?![]()

Iâm watching b Stacy on Q2 selling leftovers of studio park disasters. Lo and behold, Blabbyâs peplum jacket was on the auction block. Gee, thought that one was LITERALLY flying out of there. But that wasnât all⌠She whipped out the â wait for it â postcard dress as the perfect accompaniment! I have a throbbing headache tonight, but that LITERALLY made me laugh out loud in spite of pain!
Stacey was selling the crap out of that vacay postcard dress! Only $36.99 on clearance.![]()
All these âclearanceâ prices and they still gotta fleece S&H.
Iâm going to take a deep breath and give Blabby a compliment.I think her hair and make-up look good tonightâŚmuch softer looking and not as harsh.
This dress is way better than the postcard one. She looks just fine in sleeveless too. She clutched that pillow for the longest time.
I agree I think this dress is flattering on her and she carries it off fairly well. A crew neck dress doesnât look good on everyone but with her super short hair it balances out. Where the sleeves hit usually makes arms look thick but with the flutter sleeve it softens and adds visual interest. As usual she is going overboard with the Dr. Scholl sandal story - I owned a pair in navy blue back in the day. I was so proud to have them.

I swear it looked like a baby bump under that maternity-type dress Blabberina wore at midnight. I thought perhaps all of the nuns and priests in her family along with the servants at Immaculata University (her motherâs alma mater) prayed for a miracle in her behalfâŚâŚâŚafter all she is a reluctant empty nester and must need more children to smother.
Nah ⌠its just the inner tube!
Watched the TSV presentation. Oh my, the drama over a Dr. Schollâs shoe. She started by saying she has waited her whole career for this moment. Please. And referred to the 70âs Dr. Scholl shoe as a âshoe of style and elegance.â I had that sandal, everyone did. But it was not elegant by any means. She talked about her sister having a pair and how much she wanted a pair. Iâm only three years older than Jane, so I donât know why she couldnât have had a pair if she wanted them that bad. She really was overly dramatic about the importance of this shoe in her life. It was just an inexpensive sandal that everyone wore.
If Iâm going to tear up over this shoe, itâs remembering how much it hurt if your foot slipped out while walking and hit that hard wood heel.
they are really playing up the nostalgia on the sandals, Q really loves the emotional selling
I remember them being marketed as shoes to exercise and shape the legs, because the way the insole was shaped, it caused the toes to grip in order to keep the shoe on the foot. Does anyone else remember that? Needless to say, these new ones do not, in any way resemble the shoes from the 70âs.
@heresthething , I do remember that being part of the sales pitch.
They were popular, and I had a pair, but I donât recall them being all that comfortable! They also made that flop-and-clop sound when you walked in them. ![]()
I definitely remember the flip flop sound. Were they sold at drug stores? I have a vague memory of that. I do know that when I was pregnant in the summer and my feet and legs were so swollen, they were the only shoes I could get on.
I remember a friend of mine wore them at the end of her pregnancy too! Forgot about that.
OMG YESSSS!!! I thought these were EVERYTHING! Sadly, the first day I wore them to school I fell down the stairs. Not great for my image - lol. But dammit I loved those shoes!!! (I still remember my entire outfit that day!)
