Agree I stopped after my cancer diagnosis because that took so much out of me and now I’m addicted to walking again…

Regular exercise, and a sensible diet are two of the best things you can do for yourself at EVERY age. Walking, in my opinion, is not only enjoyable, but will keep your legs strong and toned, so important, especially as we age, for balance and strength. Read nutrition labels to be sure that your getting a proper intake of required daily protein. Easy steps to stay healthy, and I wish you good health and success on your journey.
And trust me, it’s okay to sensibly treat yourself to your favorite things. I couldn’t live happily without my weekly donut.

Blabby kicked off the Breezies tsv yesterday and they were selling the long panty. She had to hike up the dress even higher than usual to show how they protect from chaffing your inner thighs!!

I think it’s the latest Tik Tok trend to be that pale - It’s a Korean influence, I think. I see lots of ads that pop up on my phone, even tho I don’t ever click on anything Tik Tok related.
Also make up I’m sure… I think they are very fair skinned so likely take good care and use sunscreen

Blabs is up to her usual repulsive self. She has mentioned her mother at least twice but so far multiple stories about her “daughters”. Ugh. But she’s so cool cuz she used the word “vacay” and said she would break out in hives if Carla called her up and said I’m picking you up right now but you have to wear “casual” clothes because she doesn’t know how to dress casual. Oh yeah right, she always looks so formal and professional on air. Hahahaha
Don’t worry Blabbykins, Carla is never going to call you up with an invitation.
