What is wrong with me today? I think it is because I am trying to get back on the sugar-free, low carb plan again, but today, I just feel bad for these people and can’t snark!!! First, I am afraid that Kerselfish will have a true meltdown and needs intervention (or at least to have someone take the kids), and now remembering MBR and the car crash and the fact that she has moochers in her family that she has to keep working to take care of, when she probably just wants to nap.
But, I am pissed enough to hate yet another Dyson commercial in the cooking/kitchen show.
I think that’s right - Mary Beth’s oldest son got married, they had twin boys, and for a while were living with MB and hubby.
I always wondered if that’s why she downsized when she moved, to prevent that from happening again.

I agree that she can be too wide-eyed, innocent, smiley, and says “these ones” (although I haven’t heard it lately) but –
I think she has a nice voice, doesn’t take herself too seriously, and is usually fairly well prepared for whatever she’s presenting.
I don’t know, she hasn’t gotten on my last nerve yet so I’m okay with her.

I’d love it if he’d use some adjectives that really got our attention, such as:

I was flipping through channels after my baseball game today, and I came across David with an OAP that talks almost as much and as fast as Blabby. She was presenting a battery operated jar opener. She had it on a jar of beets, and when the lid popped beet juice spewed all over the counter. I don’t know if it spilled on her, but I would be surprised if it didn’t. The OAP just kept speed talking, and David was trying to mop up with a towel. It really was a mess. FYI, I bought one of these jar openers for a gift several years ago. I tried it out, and it immediately went into the garbage.
I have several of her items. I wore a dress yesterday to a wedding. I do like the items I have from her. I always get compliments too. I think her designs suit my body type - Apple.
The Insufferable Steve Bryant better check himself. If you’re caught doxxing people and revealing personal info, you could get a nice jail sentence plus lose your channel. There’s a so called Christian who threatened another youtuber and his sister, who had zero to do with anything, to reveal all information about him since he does stories and one was of this guys almost raw chicken recipe. Plus the guy has had 4 strokes and he makes recipes with tons of meat and cheese, supposedly a carnivore diet.
Well the guy who was threatened called out his shit and went on his youtube channel putting the fake Christian in his place. It’s called Cooking with Jack and August the Duck.
It’s funny because of this, someone started digging around Jack’s life and there’s a video of him on a Christian channel saying he choked his son until blood came out of his nose. He also called for a genocide of a certain people (on his own channel). Jack now had an exodus of subscribers leaving him. Couldn’t happen to a nicer guy.
You’re correct. The six of them lived with Mary Beth right up until she put her house on the market. Besides being a county commissioner, he also works in the office of my financial planner (I live very near to QVC.) Other than answering the phone a few times when I’ve called, I don’t know what he does.
One thing (among many) that has always bothered me about Mary Beth is the adoption of her daughter. She had her 3 boys biologically, and wanted a girl so badly that she adopted. I remember when she was pregnant with the third one that she was constantly asking everyone to pray for a girl. I had 2 friends at the time that were unable to have children and were on waiting lists for years
to adopt. I think it was so selfish of Mary Beth to adopt just to get her little girl.
When her daughter graduated from high school, there was some kind of rift between them and she moved out. She didn’t go to college and I think MB said she got a job in retail. They were on the outs for several years.
I remember that and I also remember what she said when she found out her 3rd kid was a boy “I cried for a month” What an ignorant thing to say. She said this (I think) when she came back from “maternity” leave and brought the baby girl on air. I think Marie Osmond helped her with that adoption.
The adoption was from an unwed young woman in her church. Arranged by her minister. If I am remembering correctly, she kept it under wraps befor she announced it.
I’m pretty sure Marie had a hand in the adoption. I think she even came on air when Mary Beth first brought the baby on and Mary Beth mentioned that Marie was a big help. Maybe it was Marie’s church, who knows.
It was a very long time ago. I just remember her saying that in some town newspaper at the time. I always wondered about her daughter. Unlike Blabby she rarely spoke of her. Of course, I rarely watch QVC since Lisa left.
I always look away when she is on because she drags her dumb hair in the food. And I have that other jar opener thing we discussed a while back. Mine is from Mark Charles, and I love it!
What a ridiculous tiny backpack bag as the TSV. It makes Leah Look larger than she is. Leah always has a purse hanging off her as I think she is trying to hide her size. This puny little thing isn’t doing her any favors. Amy Kestenberg handbags are on the “low end” at Nordstrom Rack. The leather is soft but doesn’t look like they would hold up. And of course the prices are much higher on QVC than at Nordstrom.
