A few years ago, I got a survey from QVC asking some weird questions about how do I respond to Alina Villasante (PLW), Renee Greenstein, Issac, and several others. Basically they wanted to know if they create an atmosphere that makes me want to purchase items. I have to say, I personally find Villasante hard to take. To me, she seems profoundly insincere and out of touch with the average person. I feel the same way about Harry Slatkin, Gravel, Greenstein (and a few others). Villasante seems to have found a kindred spirit in Shawn, so it’s unlikely that she’s going to change her behavior any time soon.

Funny enough, but I actually can relate to Isaac. I think he would be hysterical to visit with. I can just picture it… Cocktails, very expensive hors d’oeuvres and him dishing the dirt on all the QVC hags, as well as the legitimately famous. He may not be designing ANY of his stuff, but he clearly knows exactly what he’s talking about when it comes to fashion. I’ve already expressed my opinion about Renee (skeevy). I think Alina always looks like she just rolled out of bed. Her hair looks greasy even when I know it isn’t. And maybe a little eye shadow, blush and non-nude lipstick? Where ARE those makeup artists???

I like that Gravel’s clothes are pre-pulled and stretched for ease & comfort!
And her lovely gauze fabrics are ideal for summer … Hangs beautifully, and never, ever creeps or bunches up!

Before they said this was Graver, I would have bet that this jacket was a LOGO design.
One more example of how these clothing lines are resembling each other. Very little inspiration or originality offered here.

I thought that Blabs stepped in there for another of HER exclusive designs. ITA about the lack of inspiration or originality. The only thing they were inspired by is someone else’s work.
