I heard they’ve been behind on their real estate debts for quite some time. Started hearing that maybe 1-2 years ago. That’s why they had so many items on clearance, trying to consolidate warehouses.

The Bank Revolving Credit Line is fully drawn and all due in October 2026.
I bet they’re in violation of bank covenants following the last quarter and the banks can call in the whole loan now.

Oh wow! That’s insane. I didn’t realize the people selling credit cards were surviving on them!
My source says nobody will touch QVC with a 10ft pole. This must be why!
I think some of the hosts mentioned may actually have pensions. Good luck with that! Hope they invested wisely.

I was serious when I said in a post a couple of months ago that I wondered if the Q would still be around for “Christmas in July” in June this year. Are they still buying inventory, or are they going to just sell what they have stored in the warehouse? I am interested to see how this plays out.

I am curious too to see how this plays out. It seems like they just keep adding more vendors, many of them similar to what they already have. We’ve discussed how all the clothing brands seem the same. A lot of the kitchen stuff seems junky lately. They’ve been pushing some higher end jewelry lately. Firelight diamonds ? Do they think that’s going to save them ?

I think a lot of these new vendors are in-house. They ask AI for a new name and logo and slap it on any piece of crap made with slave labor.
