watching Laura and Courtney, Laura looks amazing, while Courtney has done more to her face or maybe its the way too much makeup
It is impossible to stop staring at Courtney’s lips. She is so small and her lips are so big that if you wet them, you could shove her lips onto a window and she would stick.
Back in the early 1970’s where I grew up (Detroit) black women couldn’t find lip liner to match their skin tone so
they used eyebrow pencils to line their lips. That’s exactly what her lips remind me of.
what up doe? i’m D adjacent. love that city!
Most of my family still live there. I left right after undergrad and moved all around the country. Now I live in Minneapolis. I try to get back there a few times a year.
feeling empathy for her, why does she feel the need to do such unflattering hair and makeup

This is, objectively, unattractive.
Like the distorted faces of so many other women in the news lately, it is a bizarre “beauty” standard that will not be remembered well in the future.
Unlike the untoned hair bleaching post WW2 and the spider leg eyebrows, the permanent damage that women (mostly) are inflicting upon themselves can’t be easily or ever reversed. It’s the equivalent of having ribs/organs removed in the name of smaller waists or feet-binding. Look at reports of women now trying to remove butt fillers that they got to emulate Kim K. And those trying to remove crunchy and drifting injectables from their lips and faces. This is permanent stuff.
But, @JustPlainNutz ………don’t you think the evil queen is prettier lol.
I wonder what sociologists will have to say about this time period in history? Just thinking about women and what’s been said here. The whole world is a mess. But it seems so odd that after fighting for equality and women’s rights that there is this strange behavior in some women to alter themselves so much and to basically look like lifeless mannequins or sex dolls. It’s disturbing.
SCARY! VERY VERY SCARY!!

I think a lot of them are too young to remember. Or, they would accuse us of “body shaming” them; it is their right to do what they want with their bodies. ![]()
I totally agree it’s their right to do whatever they want with their own bodies. And that is a very important point. I definitely fought for, protested for and voted for a woman to make her own choices. I just think it’s so sad that some feel that they have to alter themselves to fit in to some ideal of what we are supposed to look like. Sorry, rant over.
Hell…….if a procedure existed to correct her close set eyes, she would have that too
. IIRC, she stated that she and her husband attended the same high school and he would always “make fun” of her. I wonder if he and her mother possibly encourage these multiple “enhancements”. ![]()
So true. She makes her eyes look even more close set with those new Dr Spock eyebrows. Her original eyebrows were more horizontal.
I’ve seen her husband and while he may well be a lovely person and a great husband and father, he’s nothing special to look at. And he’s not a snappy dresser either. Most of the time that I’ve seen photos of him, he’s wearing old man two-pocket short sleeve shirts and saggy dad jeans.
I was browsing on Instagram last night and someone posted side by side shots of the Kardashian women before and after plastic surgery. Their natural faces ranged from average looking to downright homely! In all cases, surgery made them much more attractive.
KoKo’s post-surgery look hasn’t been as successful because she didn’t know when to quit with the tweaks - and she still might not be done rearranging her face. She looks as unnatural as late career Michael Jackson. If she’s happy with her retooled face, fine. But I really wish she would reconsider or undo some of the more bizarre changes.
Is botox raising her eyebrows like this? If so, when it wears off maybe she’ll leave them alone.![]()
She is very confusing - when she goes to Disney, she dresses like a child and wears anklet socks with lace on them. And of course, the Minnie ears. It was really weird to see that.
