To answer your question about Courtney’s ethnic background, her ancestors are from Persia (Iran).

I can understand why she had the bump taken out of her nose. Nose jobs are very popular among women in Iran and Persian women in the U.S. I don’t think she needed any other facial surgery. But I think she’s still beautiful. I like her, and I think she’s a good host when she’s away from creepy Jane.
