To answer your question about Courtneyā€™s ethnic background, her ancestors are from Persia (Iran). I can understand why she had the bump taken out of her nose. Nose jobs are very popular among women in Iran and Persian women in the U.S. I donā€™t think she needed any other facial surgery. But I think sheā€™s still beautiful. I like her, and I think sheā€™s a good host when sheā€™s away from creepy Jane. ---
