Yes, remember they went on the missioncation and just prior to that, a two (or three?) week trip to Croatia in the fall. Their education is NOT a priority to their mother. Her bikini photo ops are. Speaking of which, what do you suppose she meant by, “I’m super proud that the Lord has blessed me with that option even after all I’ve been through!” Which is it, knucklehead? Did the Lord bless you with the ability to wear a bikini? Really? Or are you really just proud of YOURSELF? Because you can’t be _proud_ that God blessed you. That’s antithetical to being a humble Christian or being a follower of Jesus and it goes against everything the Bible teaches. ---

Thank you for suffering through it for us! Well, last I heard, Alzheimer’s is being called Type 3 diabetes, not type 4. There are only two other types, not three, so maybe that’s why you’d never heard of it, because she’s wrong, as usual. It’s all over the news. So much for the health coach and her cracker-jack box certificate. If she is SO healthy as she claims, how did she get endometriosis, which, by definition IS inflammation, in the first place? Again, people can have stage 4 endometriosis and be symptom free. Just do your research and you’ll find plenty of exceptions. I’ve had at least two friends at various degrees of so-called “wellness” with the SAME diagnosis and the SAME level of symptoms, and they never had to starve themselves or dip their half naked selves into freezing cold water. One friend was diagnosed when she had to have a hysterectomy for an unrelated condition. Another had to be worked up for infertility and learned she had stage 4 endometriosis with no pain whatsoever. So it does happen. Kerstin is no unicorn unless you count her extra-special level of stupid. Does she get brownie points from the man upstairs for filming her nakedness? That’s what I’d like her to tell us. And maybe people wouldn’t give her such a hard time for the cold plunges if she would wear a normal bathing suit and not be so obviously thirsty for male attention all of the time. She’s transparent AF. I hope her silly, ignorant little fans do end up sh\*tting their brains out from heeding her advice. It would serve them right for listening to such a half-wit. And I hope they sue QVC for allowing her to say it. ---

There is a new video on Kerstink’s Instagram where she’s bragging about being called a unicorn by her GYN, and about how her so-called “inflammatory markers” are so low. The only problem with that is, she was diagnosed stage 4 of a condition that, by definition IS inflammation, so someone, or something is misinterpreting the empiric evidence. And I bet that doctor calls all of his patients unicorns. The truly disturbing thing is that she rushes to give glory to herself, rather than her supposed Lord and Savior, who is, depending on your belief system, far more likely to be efficacious in curbing her symptoms than any of the other stuff she is doing. It would be one thing if there was physical evidence of it working (no endometriosis, no masses) but there IS physical evidence. She’s as inflamed as she can be. How does she not get that? She clearly worships herself, her supplements, her eating disordered way of eating and NOT her God. Someone even commented as such on the video. IF she truly loved Jesus, she would value virtue, righteousness, modesty and her fellow men and women far more than she does. And isn’t it ironic that y’all were banned from PT’er for “body shaming” when Kerstarvesherself is the biggest body shamer ever? ---

Now if she wants to be slutty, she should just be slutty and denounce her Christianity, but she can’t have it both ways. She’s a very poor example of what a true Christian looks or acts like. ---

They may use specific colors for different reasons (maybe Pink for anything maternal, or Green for anything money-related). Colored pens work in the same way, but allow the user to write notes in the margins. From a ‘studying’ standpoint (like back in college), some people find that highlighting or notations are a great way to retain information, more than just hearing a preacher talk to you _about_ the information. While I, myself, am not religious to the extent that I attend church, I _totally_ understand the need for an extra seat for all of your _stuff_! ---

Most of her posts she seems to be trying to convince herself what she is doing will somehow “save’ her from developing dementia. News flash- starving yourself, poor nutrition and cold plunges are going to only add to her mental health issues. Her body image seems to be most important to her. The kids are on the back burner while she posts photos of her stomach. She should be ashamed but too sick to understand just how narcissistic she has become. ---

One of the comments to her cold plunge/teeny bikini post, was from one of her regular perv’s who said, “…I love you, honey”, followed by a line of hearts and puckered lips. Kerdumbass gave him 2 likes, one from her QVC account and one from her personal account. Is her husband aware of any of this? Does she ever consider her teenage daughters? I loathe this woman. ---
